LeBron James Sued: is Leicester Bryce Stovell LeBron James Father?

LeBron James decision has just been made, a decision that he will join Miami heat in the next season of the NBA, now news has it that a Washington lawyer has filed a lawsuit in federal court with the claim that he is LeBron James father.

The name of the person claiming to be LeBron James father is Leicester Stovell who alleges that the athlete and his family have been involved in a cover-up to deny paternity by committing fraud and misrepresentation. Leicester Stovell verbalizes that he wants “a carefully structured and secure DNA test” just to prove that he is LeBron James father.

For the past 3 years Leicester Stovell has been trying to establish paternity and is seeking $4 million in damages. Leicester Stovell’s relationship with the NBA stars mother Gloria James in a meeting at Washington bar while she was visiting from Ohio in 1984, A few months later, she told him she was pregnant, but did not say whether he was the father. He filled a filed the suit two weeks ago because a statute of limitations was about to expire, Leicester Stovell denied the timing had anything to do with the current LeBron mania.
