Andrew Bogut Injured, Maybe out for Season



Milwaukee Bucks’ best player for this season is down. Fanhouse reported that Andew Bogut will be out for the rest of the season after falling today.

Andrew Bogut who was finishing up a fast break with a dunk from a long pass by Carlos Delfino lost grip of the rim and fell to the floor. The fall was really awkward when you replays of it was played. The impact of the fall was absorbed by Bogut’s right arm. Instantly, Andrew cried out in pain. Teammates and team managers rushed over to help the injured player, Bogut.

According to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, Bogut dislocated his elbow, sprained his wrist and broke his hand. That’s 3 injuries in three different places in his arm. He will have to undergo surgery and rehab and the expected time for Bogut to get done with all of that is about 6 months. That would mean that Bogut will be missing the rest of the season and if ever the Bucks make it to the playoffs, they will be playing without Bogut’s contribution averaged at 15.9 points, 10.3 rebounds and 2.75 blocks this season.
